Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Provides direction to the development and testing cycles. •Process Analysis — Analyze current-state workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Analyze, review, and accept the Business Needs Statements BNS, Epics, Features, and User Stories Stakeholder Communication — Facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and communicate project status across business and technical audiences. •Solution Validation — Support user acceptance testing and verify that delivered solutions meet documented requirements. Qualifications: •Bachlors degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. •NOTE: If resource does not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
