Required Skills: •This position provides business analysis and project coordination support for Pharmacy project and also for VASE+ and several .net maintenance applications. •Candidates should be local to Richmond, VA in order to work onsite at least three days each week, first 30 days all 5 days a week. •Candidates will be required to interview onsite. •The first 30 days all 5 days a week. •Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, system enhancements, and application needs. •Document current and future state processes, GAP analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. •Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives. •Conduct project meetings, demos, trainings, and prepare detailed meeting notes.
