Required Skills: •8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. •Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. •Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. •Performs business process reengineering and identifies new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. •Applies industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering practices. •Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. •Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. •Performs requirements elicitation, business process analysis, data profiling, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and complex SQL analysis in large enterprise or government environments. Qualifications: •10 years of experience with strong written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. •8 years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test scenarios and test cases based on documented requirements.
