Partners with business stakeholders. Instructs QA testers when necessary. •Develops expertise in the tools and techniques required to produce documentation, training, and online help materials. •Project status reporting / communication - Maintains up to date project status and distributes updates to stakeholders according to department standards. Maintains consistent project communication to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
