Required Skills: •Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC units, lighting fixtures, basic electrical circuits, and plumbing fixtures. •Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment, implementing timely and effective repairs. •Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on doors, windows, locks, and other building components. •Execute general carpentry tasks, including drywall repair, painting, and trim work. •Perform flooring repairs and replacements (e.g., tile, carpet, vinyl). •Assist with the maintenance of site hardscape (e.g., pathways, parking lots) and landscaping (e.g., irrigation, minor planting, debris removal). •Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas and equipment. •Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption and ensure safety. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •This position requires physical exertion, including lifting, bending, climbing, standing for extended periods, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
