Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. •Independently performs skilled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation work across multiple building trades. Resolves moderately complex equipment and facility issues, documents corrective actions, supports projects and vendors, and provides practical guidance to less-experienced technicians. •Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, architectural components, and other facility assets within authorized scope and qualifications. •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, operational testing, inspections, and repairs in accordance with established schedules, standards, and safety requirements. •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation; safely use diagnostic equipment, meters, hand tools, and power tools to identify and resolve issues. •Prioritize and complete work orders based on safety, operational impact, asset criticality, and departmental needs while documenting repairs, root causes, downtime, parts usage, and follow-up recommendations in the maintenance management system. •Coordinate maintenance activities with internal departments, support installations, renovations, shutdowns, commissioning projects, special events, and emergency response efforts, and monitor contractor work to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal operational disruption. •Provide guidance and technical support to Technician I team members while promoting safe work practices and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED and at least three years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, gaming, institutional, multifamily, or similar environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated proficiency in at least two building trades with working knowledge of additional trades; ability to read technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders; proficiency with CMMS platforms, email, mobile applications, and standard business technology. A valid driver's license may be required. •Trade school certification, apprenticeship training, or industry credentials in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems, including EPA Section 608 certification when required. •Solid functional working knowledge of commercial building systems, maintenance practices, tools, materials, and workplace hazards, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, determine appropriate corrective actions, recognize limitations of authorized work scope, and escalate when necessary. •Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with guests, employees, vendors, and leadership, and consistently report to work ready to perform assigned duties. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow safety requirements, complete documentation, and respond to emergencies; additional language skills are a plus. •Multi-trade troubleshooting, safety and risk awareness, work planning and prioritization, guest service, technical documentation, judgment and escalation, teamwork and coaching, and continuous improvement. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 50 pounds independently, work at heights or in confined spaces, and safely perform duties in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, weather conditions, and other Compensation: •Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
