Resolves moderately complex equipment and facility issues, documents corrective actions, supports projects and vendors, and provides practical guidance to less-experienced technicians. •Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, architectural components, and other facility assets within authorized scope and qualifications. •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, operational testing, inspections, and repairs in accordance with established schedules, standards, and safety requirements. •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation; safely use diagnostic equipment, meters, hand tools, and power tools to identify and resolve issues. •Prioritize and complete work orders based on safety, operational impact, asset criticality, and departmental needs while documenting repairs, root causes, downtime, parts usage, and follow-up recommendations in the maintenance management system. •Coordinate maintenance activities with internal departments, support installations, renovations, shutdowns, commissioning projects, special events, and emergency response efforts, and monitor contractor work to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal operational disruption. •Provide guidance and technical support to Technician I team members while promoting safe work practices and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED and at least three years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, gaming, institutional, multifamily, or similar environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated proficiency in at least two building trades with working knowledge of additional trades; ability to read technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders; proficiency with CMMS platforms, email, mobile applications, and standard business technology.
