This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 data center environment while leading a small shift team of 1–4 technicians. •Lead and coordinate 1–4 technicians during an assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient operations. •Actively facilitate and support operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, cooling, life safety, and critical power systems. •Monitor and respond to facility alarms, prioritizing uptime and protection of the critical load. •Utilize CMMS to track preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, inspections, and labor activities. •Execute and follow SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, MMRs, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. •Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance and project work safely. •Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for colocation clients and maintain accurate operational documentation.
