Qualifications: •Who We’re Looking For M.S. or B.S. in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Bachelor of Architecture •A demonstrated ability to learn the basics of design and analysis within his/her discipline •Operational familiarity with industry organizations and standards such as ASTM, AAMA, IIBEC, and ASHRAE. •Strong interest in building science, building enclosure systems, and construction materials. •Ability and willingness to perform field work, including climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and working at active construction sites. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Clear written communication and technical writing; strong presentation and verbal skills (speech clarity). •Detail‑orientation with sound judgment; able to follow direction, manage time, and document work accurately.
