Qualifications: •Minimum of 10-years of experience in a BAS sales-driven role. •Leadership experience a plus. •Outgoing personality; excellent communication and critical thinking skills. •Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, results driven mentality. •Demonstrated capacity to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. •Proactive, eager and takes initiative. •Bias to action with a strong urgency and ability to learn quickly. •Prioritizes people development and empowers leaders. •Demonstrated financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and strong analysis skills.
