Required Skills: •Supervise daily BSA/AML and OFAC monitoring activities, including alert reviews, case management, and escalations. •Provide guidance, coaching, and support to BSA staff to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. •Oversee investigations involving suspicious activity, high-risk accounts, and unusual transaction activity. •Review BSA cases, SAR narratives, CTRs, and supporting documentation for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. •Provide guidance on escalated sanctions and information-sharing matters. •Support compliance with OFAC, 314(a), and 314(b) requirements and related procedures. •Coordinate and support BSA/AML, OFAC, and financial crimes training initiatives. •Supervise, coach, and develop BSA staff to support departmental and organizational objectives. Qualifications: •: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in a similar or related field. •Certifications such as Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS). •Candidate must earn a professional certification [e.g., Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) within 24 months of employment. •Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field.
