Qualifications: •Currently qualified as an NBIS Bridge or Tunnel Inspection Team Leader •In-depth knowledge of bridge inspection practices, procedures, and documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to work flexible hours as needed for field access requirements. •Comfortable performing fieldwork that may require climbing, working at heights, and accessing challenging environments. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD. •MassDOT and/or MBTA inspection team leader approval. •FHWA/NHI bridge and tunnel inspection training. •Additional bridge inspection certifications and coursework. •Opportunity to lead complex bridge and tunnel inspection projects. •Strong technical team with a collaborative culture.
