The position requires availability during EST business hours. •The work environment is primarily field-based; however, candidates must have reliable internet access and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace to perform administrative and other office-related duti es. •Develop a strong pipeline of potential new salon businesses and achieve new business goals •Achieve goals in comp business, new product sell-in, and new account development by delivering high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes and consulting with salon owners, managers, and stylists •Create a strong, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists, and employees. •Rotation management, inclusive of both existing and new business development •Work closely with Regional Managers to determine and support sell-in and sell-through strategies at a salon-by-salon level •Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts and prospective business within a geographic territory Qualifications: •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. •Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching •Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes requiring long periods of driving or riding in a vehicle. •Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue. •Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse. •Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials. •Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
