Hiring: Brand License Compliance Director Company: PIM Brands Location: Park Ridge, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:09:01 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft PowerPoint, R, SAP About the job Experience: •5+ years of compliance, audit or regulatory experience within the CPG industry Required Skills: •Reporting – Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required reporting; maintaining precise and well organized, internal records as well as responding to regular, licensor-required reporting requirements. •Payments – Manages payment obligations to meet contractual deadlines; partnering with Finance to pre-empt potential roadblocks. •Delivery – Oversee delivery commitments, including timelines, product accuracy, order fulfillment, and complaint resolution. •Review quality standards in client/licensor agreements and translate them into actionable guidelines and controls for internal teams. •Monitor factory quality control and production, both domestic and international, while working with internal teams to ensure compliance meets client/licensor standards and approved specifications. •Manage documentation and independent auditing review related to quality approvals, testing results, and compliance reviews. •Lead and oversee ensuring royalty payments are paid on time, in coordination with the Accounting team. •Discounts - Assisting in managing customer discount and rebate programs and ensuring credits against royalty payments as applicable.
