Qualifications: •Strong operational and people leadership experience •Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and labor performance •Strong customer retention and service orientation •Comfort managing through KPIs, scorecards, and daily/weekly operating rhythms •The ability to build a strong culture while maintaining high-performance expectations •A demonstrated history of improving an operation, not simply maintaining one •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. •Knowledge of lawn care, pest control, or arborist operations. •Pesticide Operator license or ability to obtain licensure. •Maintain licensing (state dept of ag, pesticide certifications, business compliance) as required by state and service line.
