Hiring: Branch Manager I - Bridgman Company: United Federal Credit Union Location: Bridgman, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:18:39 Target Skills & Keywords : Vault About the job Experience: •(Minimum experience required to perform the duties of this position) Required Skills: •Branch Manager I is a management position responsible for selling products and services, coaching member satisfaction and sales through the branch delivery channels and managing a branch with less than $50 million in assets. •Lead and oversee the performance of the branch. •Lead and oversee Business Development to promote Corporate Member engagement, membership, deposit, and loan growth, and positive public relations. •Lead and oversee all necessary daily service functions, as needed. •Lead and oversee ensuring security of the branch and adhering to policies and procedures, rules, and regulations, building security, responding to member complaints, concerns, suggestions, or compliments, and communicating and/or distributing information to branch staff and/or the corporate office. •Lead and oversee assisting and supporting FOC to ensure operational excellence is prioritized for staff and for branch. Qualifications: •(Minimum education required to perform the duties of this position) •Bachelor’s degree or two years of related work experience preferred. •Minimum two year's sales, financial, retail, or related experience required. •Minimum of one-year leadership or management experience. •(Minimum technical and communication skill levels and licenses/certificates normally required to perform the duties of this position) •Business development or external sales calling skills. •Leadership skills in team development. •Solid functional working knowledge of quality service components. •Knowledge of management techniques and strategies. •Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
