Develops and delivers annual evaluations for branch staff. •Maintains expert-level understanding of all aspects of branch workflow, including loan application processing, new account originations, cash vault management, branch compliance, and other operational processes. Assists with performing these functions as necessary. •Conducts daily huddles and monthly meetings with branch staff to recognize staff achievements, provide product education, and share meaningful business updates. •Participates in external networking and promotional events with local schools, colleges, and other community business partners. •Collaborates with Branch Services leadership to formulate new strategies to optimize branch business and expand membership. •Supervises and makes recommendations on facility-related maintenance needs, including ATM, custodial, security, and other vendors as required. •Serves as community liaison in representing the Credit Union at community functions and leadership forums.
