Hiring: Box Office Manager Company: Legends Global Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:26:07 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •Three (3) or more years of progressive Box Office leadership experience in an arena, stadium, theater, performing arts center, or other live entertainment venue. •Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience leading full-time and part-time Box Office staff. •Strong knowledge of ticketing operations, financial reconciliation, event settlements, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. •Solid functional working knowledge of ADA ticketing regulations and industry best practices. •Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support daily operations of the Box Office, providing direction, coaching, and support to the Box Office management team and ticket sellers. •Recruit, train, schedule, develop, and evaluate part-time Box Office team members, fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional guest service. •Ensure compliance with Legends Global policies, ticketing procedures, financial controls, and audit standards. •Partner with promoters, talent buyers, and internal stakeholders to develop ticketing strategies, sales forecasts, and event configurations that maximize revenue and guest accessibility. •Oversee all ticket inventory, complimentary tickets, ADA seating, premium seating, group sales allocations, and internal ticket requests. •Manage daily ticket sales reconciliation, financial reporting, event settlements, and secure cash handling procedures while maintaining accountability for all Box Office funds. •Prepare and distribute accurate daily ticket counts, event settlements, revenue reports, attendance summaries, and other operational reporting. •Coordinate ticketing initiatives including fan club presales, venue presales, VIP packages, promotional offers, artist holds, and marketing campaigns. Qualifications: •Build, manage, and maintain all ticketed events within the Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, or AXS systems, including event manifests, pricing, scaling, inventory management, holds, and on-sale execution. •Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated experience using AXS, Ticketmaster Host, and Archtics ticketing systems required. •Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and computerized ticketing operations.
