Required Skills: •Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure the effective repair and first-time resolution of all in-home customer repairs within an agreed region. •Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required. •Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience. •Advise our customers on the correct operation of their products to enable them to utilize the appliances correctly. •Offer helpful customer solutions by soft-selling products, such as accessories, service plans, maintenance plans, etc. Training will be provided. •Maintain an up-to-date van stock of parts, in accordance with current van stock lists and to ensure parts are safeguarded from damage. •Utilize B-apps (B-tooling, B-fixing, and B-informing) for paperwork and documentation. •Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety in mind. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience with appliance repair, or transferrable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades.
