Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the oversight and management of all book-related resources, including purchase materials, rentals, and digital materials such as eBooks. •Ensures timely acquisition and availability of required course materials in coordination with faculty and vendors, while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and goals. •Lead and oversee the supervision of other bookstore employees at the campus level. •Maintain payroll and leave records for bookstore personnel. •Lead and oversee overseeing the ordering, receiving, and pricing of the bookstores resale merchandise, instructional materials, and textbooks. •Lead and oversee the management of the bookstore budget and reporting budgeting needs as they occur. •Lead and oversee the functions of creating purchase orders and receiving documents in Banner software. •Lead and oversee maintaining accurate records including packing slips, invoices, and monthly reconciliation for a college-issued procurement card with which many bookstore purchases are made. Qualifications: •(M1) Associate Degree in Business or related area from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning. •(M2) Minimum of 2 years experience in business related area including purchasing, inventory, budgeting, or other customer service related experience. •(M3) Demonstrated experience in the organization and management of a multitude of projects simulatenously. •(M4) Proficient in the use of computers to include the use of point of sale systems. •(M5) Excellent customer service and communication skills. •(D1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or other related field.
