Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline (preferred). •Proven bookkeeping experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations. •Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar). •Thorough knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, including budgeting, fund accounting, and grant tracking, in accordance with GAAP. •Proficiency in accrual accounting, including the ability to create and interpret journal entries. •Demonstrated capacity to prepare financial statements and reports for management review. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information. •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
