Including all Information. Required to Provide a Complete & Functional Virtual Installation of the Project. •Creation of Field Installation Drawings & Fabrication Spool Drawings. •Partner cross-functionally with other Internal and External BIM Coordinators. •Review of Project Drawings, Specifications, Submittals, etc.… in order to Provide a Complete and Coordinated Project VDC Model. •Demonstrated capacity to Find Issues During BIM Coordination Process and Assist in RFI Requests to Eliminate Field Issues. •Customized support files Qualifications: •Two Year Technical Degree in CAD or Related Field •Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Mechanical Industry •Minimum of 2 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD Experience •Good communication skills (verbal and written). •Effective teacher, in small or large group settings. •Able to work independently or as part of a team. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple projects. •Fundamental Knowledge of Mechanical Plumbing & Piping Systems. •Demonstrated capacity to Read and Interpret 2d Drawings & Specifications. •Demonstrated capacity to Read and Interpret MN Plumbing & Mechanical Codes.
