At Trupanion, we offer a collaborative, casual, and pet-friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves. •This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. •Have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least •Own ongoing configuration, administration, and support of the Zuora platform and associated billing technologies to ensure scalability, stability, and accuracy. •Lead testing and validation for new configurations, integrations, and enhancements. •Partner with developers and technical teams to support development, implementation, and optimization of other billing tools and integrations with internal and external platforms. •Act as the business analyst for billing initiatives — gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into effective system solutions. •Lead billing and payments projects end-to-end, coordinating across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Product teams. Qualifications: •BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred. •Hands-on Zuora administration experience required. •Operational familiarity with payment service providers and payment optimization strategies. •Knowledge of PCI DSS and other regulatory/compliance frameworks.
