Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation. •Actively facilitate and support end-to-end sales and billing process by understanding and utilizing sales systems, tools, and procedures. •Partner with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance, and external customers to investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve issues, and support efficient billing processes. •Review campaign reports and airchecks to verify delivery against contracted IOs •Help maintain and improve billing process documentation and standard operating procedures •Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities that enhance billing accuracy, cash application efficiency, reporting, and internal controls. •Work closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting to review and advise on monthly customer invoice revisions and route for approvals as needed •Review all IOs to ensure alignment with approved media plans, pricing, and billing terms.
