Required Skills: •Lead, coach, and develop the Bill Pay team, including workload distribution, training, and performance management. •Manage the team’s day-to-day use of the BILL platform and CMS, ensuring proper setup, workflow configuration, and adherence to internal controls across both systems. •Oversee the processing and approval of a high volume of client bills and expenses in accordance with firm policies. •Serve as an escalation point for complex client inquiries, discrepancies, and time-sensitive payment matters. •Provide superior client service, proactively resolving inquiries and discrepancies at both the team and client-advisor level. •Oversee the client enrollment process, including documentation and form processing. •Identify and mitigate client and operational issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. •Build strong partnerships with Client Advisors and FOM team leaders.
