Required Skills: •Create bill of materials for new and old product lines using AAON software. Process and approve customer orders. •Configures bills efficiently for ease of understanding, completeness, and accuracy. •Works closely with Design Engineering, Electrical Drafting and Electrical Engineering departments to guarantee a set amount of jobs are processed out of engineering each day. •Reads and understands technical manuals, instructions, and criteria. •Reads and reviews electrical diagrams. •Reviews product design for company standards, engineering principles, and specifications. •Confirms customer selections are compatible with manufacture’s specifications. •Reviews bill of material and product specifications to accurately determine the amount and type of materials and components required. Qualifications: •Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. •Minimum of 1 year of bill of materials experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience in a similar industry. •Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. •Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem solving abilities. •Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality. •Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and excellent organizational skills. •Works effectively in a team environment. •Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50lbs. •Demonstrated capacity to sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
