Required Skills: •Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of software projects from initiation through deployment and completion. •Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items in collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and other stakeholders. •Interface directly with development teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management approaches, adapting the level of process and ceremony to the needs of each project. •Plan and facilitate project ceremonies and working sessions, including sprint/iteration planning, stand-ups, backlog reviews, demos/reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings as appropriate. •Use JIRA as a primary project management and execution tool to manage projects, epics, stories, tasks, sprints, backlogs, dependencies, and project status; ensure project information and tickets remain accurate and up to date. •Use Confluence or equivalent documentation tools to maintain project plans, meeting notes, decisions, requirements, status information, and project documentation. •Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies across U.S.- and China-based teams to keep projects moving and resolve blockers in a timely manner. •Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between U.S. and China teams, accurately communicating project priorities, requirements, issues, decisions, and timelines in both English and Chinese. Qualifications: •Technical background, such as prior experience in software development, QA, technical analysis, systems integration, or a Computer Science/Engineering degree. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
