You have the grit to present multiple tailored offers even when the customer starts out closed off. •Active Listening & Persuasion: You can read between the lines during a high-stress conversation, pull out the customer's true pain point, and reframe our services to solve it. •Strong Money Motivation: You are driven by the direct link between saving a customer and earning uncapped commission on top of your hourly base. •Reliability & Foundation: You possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a willingness to work a full-time schedule with shift availability and handle back-to-back call volumes. •No Experience Necessary: Call center or retention experience is a major asset, but not required. We teach you the exact de-escalation and negotiation frameworks you need during training.
