Hiring: Bilingual HSE Senior Manager Company: Lutron Electronics Location: Lincoln, RI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 17:59:31 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Bilingual (English/Spanish), Manufacturing Safety, Warehouse Safety, Operational Risk Assessment, HSE Training & Development, Compliance & Permitting, Incident Management, Emergency Preparedness, HSE Metrics & Analytics, Continuous Improvement, Auditing, Safety Committees, Regulatory Compliance, Ideagen, Chemical Inventory Management, Microsoft Office Suite Experience: - 15+ years of progressive HSE experience - 5+ years in a leadership role supporting manufacturing and/or warehouse environments Required Skills: - Assess and quantify operational risks in alignment with regulations, industry best practices, and company procedures - Design and deliver HSE training programs to build employee skills, knowledge, and competence for safe work - Develop and strengthen local HSE programs that drive continuous improvement and reinforce a strong safety culture - Establish plantwide safe practice standards aligned with operational excellence frameworks, management systems, and corporate guidelines - Maintain HSE dashboards, analyze data, and drive corrective and preventive actions - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, site leadership, and corporate HSE to identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks - Manage HSE permitting processes, maintain a compliance calendar, and ensure environmental regulatory compliance (hazardous materials, waste, wastewater, air, etc.) - Provide training, consulting, and auditing support to enhance HSE program effectiveness - Lead or support incident reviews, coordinate learning events, and share insights across the global organization - Maintain emergency plans, train and coordinate Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), and arrange life-safety training (First Aid, CPR, AED, fire extinguishers, bloodborne pathogens) - Lead local Safety Committees and Safety Captains - Manage HSE systems and tools (e.g., Ideagen, chemical inventory, training records, injury reporting) - Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial HSE management software platforms - Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field - Able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing - Professional certifications such as ASP (Associate Safety Professional), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) are preferred Compensation: Not specified Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
