Required Skills: •Own end-to-end delivery of in-scope reporting solutions across a variety of NIQ data sources (RMS, CPS, Omni). •Independently manage reporting tasks and analyze data to understand trends and drive decision making. •Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity. •Consult with clients and stakeholders on BI tool usage for specific projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. •Independently identifies and nurtures leads for BI and NIQ solutions, performing needs assessments, handling objections and creating tailored proposals. •Optimize and enhance reporting solutions and collaborate with leadership on new BI product and service development. •Consult directly with clients and stakeholders on optimal use of BI tools and techniques to create impactful reporting. •Work closely with BI and other cross-functional colleagues and leadership to assist in day-to-day BI customer support needs, deployment activities and transformation initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Proficiency in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy or similar. •Demonstrated success in successfully delivering innovative reporting solutions. •Passion for learning and applying new technologies to drive business outcomes for clients. •Intellectually curious and strong desire to learn, understand, and apply BI tools and techniques to a variety of projects. •Operational familiarity with applying deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic. •Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently. •Builds and maintains positive and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues – up, down, and across. •Previous experience working with FMCG Retailers or Manufacturers is a plus •Past experience working with offshore resources a huge plus.
