Hiring: BI Analyst Company: Fractal Location: California, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:38:45 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Azure, Compliance, Databricks, Machine Learning, SQL, Snowflake About the job Required Skills: •The candidate should combine analytical excellence, technical acumen, and healthcare domain expertise to deliver actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes. •Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI and SQL. •Analyze large healthcare claims datasets to identify trends, anomalies, savings opportunities, and compliance risks. •Support Payment Integrity initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and measurement of program effectiveness. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, compliance teams, clinical teams, and technology teams to gather and translate requirements into analytics solutions. •Provide recommendations on end-to-end analytics workbench architecture for regulatory, compliance, and operational reporting. •Develop data models, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards that support strategic decision-making. •Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions. Qualifications: •Exposure to cloud analytics platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS Analytics services. •Operational familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-enabled reporting solutions. •Understanding of CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reporting environments. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and business stakeholders. •Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. •Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. •Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI technologies and analytics innovations. •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
