Required Skills: •Serve as the on-site technical expert and primary customer point of contact for BESS projects. •Lead the end-to-end on-site execution of system installations, commissioning, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality delivery and on-time completion through seamless coordination with internal teams and customers. •Lead the diagnosis and repair of electrical and communication system faults, implementing effective solutions to maintain optimal BESS performance and minimize downtime. •Provide comprehensive technical and project management updates to customers and internal teams to ensure total project alignment. •Drive collaboration across Technical, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure on-time project delivery and develop aligned solutions for field issues. •Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE standards while managing third-party vendor technicians to maintain safe working environments at all Hithium sites. •Work effectively within a multicultural setting, coordinating with overseas teams across various time zones to ensure global service standards are met.
