Candidates from other professional services environments will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. •Actively facilitate and support administration of employee benefit and compensation programs across multiple jurisdictions. •Assist employees and managers with questions regarding benefits, compensation, pension plans, and related programs. •Maintain accurate employee benefits and compensation data and ensure timely updates within HR systems. •Support benefits and compensation administration within Workday, including data maintenance, reporting, and related processes. •Research benefits, compensation, and pay-related issues and provide clear, accurate information to employees and internal stakeholders. •Partner with Finance, Human Resources, vendors, survey providers, and other internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing programs. Qualifications: •Law firm experience is strongly preferred; candidates from other professional services organizations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. •Minimum of 2 years of related experience in employee benefits, compensation, total rewards, or a closely related HR function. •Law firm experience preferred; candidates from other professional services organizations will be considered based on relevant experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, compensation administration, and pay-related processes. •Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to understand information and communicate it clearly. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain benefits and compensation information in a straightforward manner. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, Finance, vendors, and survey providers. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word and PowerPoint.
