Required Skills: •The Group Benefits Project Manager provides project management, administrative, and operational support to the Employee Benefits team. This role serves as a central resource for coordinating projects, managing timelines, supporting client deliverables, facilitating carrier and vendor communications, and advancing department initiatives. •The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual combines strong project coordination and communication skills with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused team. •Project Coordination & Team Support •Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, training sessions, and related logistics. •Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team. •Manage project timelines, action items, internal tracking spreadsheets, and changing deadlines across multiple priorities. •Serve as a backup resource for Account Executives and Account Managers during absences or periods of high workload. •Client Deliverables & Implementation Support Qualifications: •Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize competing projects and adapt to changing deadlines and business needs. •Customer service mindset with a commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism. •Comfort learning and using technology tools, databases, and reporting systems. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. •Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Florida Health & Life Insurance License preferred and may be obtained after hire.
