Required Skills: •Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k). •Serve as the primary resource for employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, enrollment, coverage, deductions, and plan provisions. •Manage new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, eligibility changes, and benefit terminations. •Partner with Payroll to ensure benefit elections, employee data, and payroll deductions are accurate. •Research and resolve enrollment, eligibility, carrier, deduction, and coverage discrepancies. •Lead the administrative execution of annual open enrollment, including employee communications, enrollment activities, system updates, and post-enrollment audits. •Partner with benefit brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and support benefit renewals and program changes. •Support 401(k) administration, including eligibility, enrollment, employee questions, data reconciliation, audits, and required communications. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. •Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable benefits regulations. •Strong analytical skills and comfort working with employee data, reports, and Excel. •Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization. •High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
