Required Skills: •Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations. •Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting. •Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents. •Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation. •Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations. •Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports. •Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed. •Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff. Qualifications: •Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations. •Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff. •Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents. •Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior. •Meets Core Requirements: Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.
