Required Skills: •We are seeking a motivated and experienced •Behavioral Health Business Development Representative to expand access to mental health services by building and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, clinics, hospitals, and community referral partners. •This is a field-based opportunity for a relationship-driven sales and business development professional with experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, or healthcare provider outreach •. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new referral opportunities, increasing awareness of behavioral health services, and building long-term partnerships that support patient access and organizational growth. •The ideal candidate has a demonstrated understanding of the behavioral healthcare ecosystem and is comfortable engaging directly with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, medical practices, and other referral sources. •Business Development & Provider Outreach •Develop and execute field-based business development strategies to expand behavioral health referral relationships. •Visit mental health practices, medical clinics, hospitals, primary care offices, and community organizations within the assigned territory. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, or behavioral health referral sources. •Direct experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, telehealth, or a related healthcare environment strongly preferred. •Proven ability to conduct in-person outreach, develop professional relationships, and identify new business opportunities. •Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a territory independently and organize frequent field visits and meetings. •Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory. •Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred. •Passion for improving access to mental health and behavioral healthcare services. •Existing professional relationships with mental health providers, medical practices, hospitals, or community referral organizations in the Chicago metropolitan area.
