Hiring: Battery and Charger Field Technician Company: Concentric Power Services Location: Little Rock, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:35:10 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Required Skills: •Is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motive power equipment. This position conducts basic troubleshooting, field and shop repairs, and responds to customer needs. This position typically reports to a Service Manager or a Lead Technician and has no direct reports. •Work safely, follow all safety regulations, including site specific safety regulations established by customers. •Coordinate problem resolution with Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, and other personnel to expedite repairs. •Travel to other branches or sites, as required, to assist with product installation, removal or repairs (some overnight travel will be required). •Comply with company policies and procedures. These include but are not limited to warranty, safety, environmental, OSHA, DOT and Hazmat. •Build strong relationships with customers. •Take ownership of all company assets, including but not limited to vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment. •Troubleshoot battery and charger systems. Qualifications: •High School or GED required. •Certification from a technical school focused on electrical, mechanical repair or battery maintenance preferred. •Associate degree from an approved two-year college or university, preferred or equivalent experience. •Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. •Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL a plus but not required. •May be required to pass additional requirements under the Department of Transportation (DOT). •Solid functional working knowledge of basic AC and DC electrical/electronic theory. •Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. •Demonstrated capacity to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
