Hiring: Batch Operator Company: Custom Building Products Location: Aurora, OR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:56:05 Target Skills & Keywords : Aurora About the job Required Skills: •Follow formulas and production instructions precisely, including ingredient sequencing and raw material codes, to ensure consistent product quality •Weigh, measure, and manually load ingredients into mixers according to specifications; take samples, coordinate with Quality Control, and make adjustments as needed •Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems when required •Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, maintenance reports, calibration records, and shift handoff documentation •Assist with packaging and material handling as needed to support production flow •Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements, actively participating in safety training and reporting or correcting unsafe conditions •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: •Great work ethic and impeccable attendance •Prior batch or blending experience preferred, but training is available •Solid previous work experience required •Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions •Preferred - Experience operating a forklift, but not required •Demonstrated capacity to wear a respirator and all required PPE's •Must be clean-shaven in accordance with OSHA respirator requirements •Demonstrated capacity to stand for extended periods •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. •High school diploma or GED required Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
