You’ll have significant ownership over projects and will work closely with senior engineers, product, and domain experts to turn complex problems into production systems. •Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs •Develop AI-powered applications and workflows using modern LLM technologies •Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure supporting AI applications •Interface directly with LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks •Integrate AI systems with external APIs, enterprise systems, and proprietary datasets Qualifications: •Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems •Strong proficiency in Python or another modern backend language •Practical experience building or integrating LLM/AI-powered applications •Operational familiarity with concepts such as RAG, vector databases, embeddings, agents, prompt engineering, or model evaluation •In-depth knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, observability, scalability, and system design •Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and ambiguity •Operational familiarity with healthcare APIs, clinical data standards, or healthcare workflows •Work on AI-native products with meaningful real-world impact in healthcare •Own substantial backend and AI projects rather than being siloed into a narrow engineering function •Solve technically challenging problems involving AI, data, and distributed systems Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
