Qualifications: •Demonstrate carpentry, steel, and masonry ability. •Work effectively under pressure and in all weather conditions. •Demonstrate ability to communicate well with others at all levels. •Understand and know standard construction policies. •Have mathematical and mechanical aptitude. •Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. •Successfully pass background, drug screening and physical. •Provide a valid Driver's License and clean driving history. •Possess a high school diploma or GED. •This is a unionized position.
