This helps to maintain a culture of excellence and provides guidance in our daily work. •Be easy to work with Exceed expectations •Lead multiple software engineering and quality teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, and accountability for results. •Partner with the CTO, Product Management, and senior leaders to execute technology strategy, modernization initiatives, roadmap commitments, budgeting, and vendor management. •Translate business and product priorities into actionable engineering plans with clear milestones, KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and delivery expectations. •Drive predictable execution across projects, sprints, releases, and production support while improving deployment frequency, lead time, quality, velocity, and customer outcomes. •Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, code reviews, agile methods, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
