Required Skills: •Project Management & Program Execution •Lead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch support. •Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates. •Coordinate stakeholders across Strategic Partnerships, Operations, Compliance, BSA/AML, Credit, Legal, Technology, and Product. •Drive accountability for open items, dependencies, and deliverables while escalating blockers in a timely and thoughtful manner. •Operational Excellence & Central Support Coverage •Serve as a backup resource for critical Central Support operational processes, including request intake, change management oversight tracking, and account opening. •Monitor SLA adherence, open requests, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups to help ensure timely completion of reviews and approvals. Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. •Hands-on experience creating project plans, status updates, trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and process documentation. •Comfort working with operational workflows and stepping into business support activities as needed. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and control-function audiences. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and related workplace productivity tools. •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. •PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification. •Operational familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, or automation platforms.
