Hiring: AVP, Overlay Portfolio Management Group (OPMG) Company: LPL Financial Location: Fort Mill, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:37:13 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Equities, Fixed Income, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Risk Management, Series 7, Six Sigma, Wealth Management About the job Required Skills: •Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs. •Demonstrate knowledge of LPL platforms, products and services •Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within Managed Accounts scope and at the company •Work closely with business and technical partners to align goals and priorities, including providing vision for PI events and backlog management. •Work closely the Operations, Service and Trading Teams on department and firm level initiatives. •Interface directly with external Trading Vendors on prioritization of enhancements and defect management. •Drive organizational change management for transformational efforts including development of training programs and communications. •Contribute to developing business strategy that allows for transition of firms to be seamless Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment •Knowledge of investment management operations and practices with particular emphasis on unified managed accounts including trading and portfolio accounting systems •Capacity to manage high stress situations •Knowledge of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, and hedge funds •Communicate concisely objectives, outcomes, and progress •Consistently deliver by specific deadlines •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously •Track record of delivering on high priority cross functional projects in an Advisory, wealth management, or investment management environment •Knowledge of LPL Advisory Account management processes, procedures, and systems.
