Qualifications: •10–15 years of progressive experience in learning, facilitation, operations, enablement, or related functions. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in a related field. •Expertise in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields. •Advanced facilitation experience across virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership programs. •Strong learning and instructional design grounded in adult learning and behavior change. •Knowledge of learning evaluation and program effectiveness methods. •Demonstrated capacity to use AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve learning and efficiency. •Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills. •Passionate about leadership development and helping others grow. •An engaging facilitator who connects with leaders at all levels.
