Required Skills: •Strategically drive development and continuous optimization of the digital onboarding roadmap. •Lead the technical execution of digital initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with commercial targets. •Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies to support innovation and future business needs. •Partner with commercial product teams to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes. •Align delivery efforts with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards. •Manage complex interdependencies across workstreams and propose creative solutions to optimize efficiency. •Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital programs, ensuring timely execution, quality, and scalability. •Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support delivery goals.
