Required Skills: •Manage the full lifecycle of global Corporate Action events, including reconciliations and fails management. •Process fixed income events including P&I, calls, maturities, conversions, defaults, bankruptcies, and consent events. •Support DTC, Euroclear, and foreign depository settlement processes. •Lead proxy voting activities and shareholder reporting requirements. •Process 144A/Reg S bond conversions and Corporate Actions related to Repo and Stock Loan positions. •Investigate and resolve exceptions while meeting critical deadlines. •Partner with Operations, Technology, brokers, custodians, and clients to improve processes and enhance STP. •Maintain documentation and controls to support regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of fixed income products, DTC, Euroclear, and global settlement processes. •Strong Excel skills; Client N-APe experience preferred.
