Required Skills: •Owns and translates actuarial analysis into clear business insights, management-quality reporting, and actionable recommendations that influence decisions by senior management and cross-functional enterprise stakeholders. •Establishes and recommends Life NGE and other inforce rate actions, implements decisions within delegated authority, and clearly communicates trade-offs among profitability, competitiveness, policyholder value, risk, and broader enterprise objectives. •Proactively challenges assumptions, identifies emerging risks and opportunities, and provides alternative perspectives to improve the quality of strategic choices. •Leads or contributes to reinsurance strategies and execution, evaluating implications for profitability, capital, risk, policyholders, and the broader inforce value chain. •Owns the strategic direction and end-to-end execution of high-value, complex Inforce Management initiatives, with accountability for execution quality and measurable business outcomes. •Oversees experience-study strategy, methodology, controls, and interpretation to support pricing, assumption governance, inforce management, and strategic business decisions. •May manage and develop actuarial staff in Inforce Management, setting priorities, coaching talent, building succession and capability plans, and creating accountability for sustained performance. •Provides insight into key drivers of policyholder behavior and their implications for profitability, conservation, product performance, policyholder outcomes, and other inforce management decisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field •Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) •Deep knowledge of applicable Statutory, Tax, and GAAP requirements and the regulatory environment affecting Life and Annuities inforce management. •Strong financial modeling experience using actuarial software, preferably MG-ALFA, and demonstrated ability to evaluate financial, capital, risk, policyholder, and business implications. •Extensive and successful experience leading high-value, complex projects or processes and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •Demonstrated experience owning or leading complex inforce actuarial capabilities, including Life NGEs, IA testing, profitability analysis, experience studies, and related governance and controls •Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate trade-offs, translate complex actuarial analysis into senior-management recommendations, and lead decisions with significant enterprise implications. •Expert communication skills, strategic thinking, enterprise perspective, and extensive business acumen.. •Must be able to pass a full background check •All Applicants Are Expected To Leverage approved AI tools, where appropriate, to improve the efficiency, quality, and impact of their work.
