Required Skills: •Exol is seeking an AutoStore Warehouse Lead who is responsible for leading daily warehouse activities supporting the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance. •Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. •Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank. •Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture. •Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities. •Oversee AutoStore activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, replenishment, staging, and order fulfillment. •Monitor AutoStore system performance and material flow to identify issues impacting productivity or customer requirements. •Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, IT, and other support teams to troubleshoot system issues and minimize downtime.
