Required Skills: •Conduct bi-monthly and annual inspections of AAR facilities to ensure compliance with AAA standards and contractual requirements. •Build and maintain strong partnerships with repair facility owners, managers, and staff. •Expand and manage the AAR network in designated markets while monitoring performance and compliance metrics. •Investigate and resolve member concerns involving vehicle diagnosis, repair quality, costs, and service experiences. •Support implementation of AAR programs, value-added services, and portal training for participating facilities. •Consult on marketing and co-branding initiatives to maximize facility visibility and adherence to AAA brand standards. •Evaluate prospective repair facilities and recommend approval or denial for AAR participation. •Monitor customer satisfaction, address compliance issues, and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, repair processes, and industry standards. •Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and required insurance. •ASE Advanced Engine Performance Specialist (L1) certification preferred.
