PLCs. HMIs. VFDs. Servo/motion control. Machine vision - and they’re not done investing. •This isn’t a role where you inherit an automation program and simply keep it running. They want someone who can walk the floor, identify an opportunity, engineer a solution, program it, integrate it, troubleshoot it, and watch it improve the operation. •The automation initiative is supported by a strong manufacturing leader from the automotive world who believes in integration and is committed to giving the right engineer the resources to get things done. •We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Automation Engineer with roughly 5–20 years of experience who genuinely enjoys this space. •You should be comfortable with PLC/HMI programming, VFDs, servo and motion control, machine vision, robotics/cobots, sensors, I/O, industrial communications, and integrating automated equipment. •Motion control and vision systems experience are particularly important.
